Loot's Outstanding Service

I have made over 15 purchases from Loot, involving books (academic, art, palaeontology, natural history and more) and DVD's. Their website has real depth, somewhat like Amazon although not quite as extensive. Prices are reasonable, delivery is fast and reliable. I wish to compliment them on their excellent site, well designed checkout facility, outstanding service and personal communication (I had one problem that they attended to immediately, and although the problem turned out to be the book publisher's fault, they offered me a full refund - which I declined), and super fast delivery. I must compliment Fedex too - they are also outstanding. For me this is my 'go-to' book site. I don't even bother going to Exclusive anymore. Many thanks to Loot from a grateful customer. Greg F.
