LOOT = *******

I ordered a surround sound system and Netflix TV Box from Loot, and much to my surprise the delivery was made 2 days later. Needless to say I was much impressed when my two parcels arived so quickly, only to find out later when I opened the parcels that my order was incomplete. I contacted them via email and their reply was that the parcel was too big and the had to send it in 2 shipments. I waited until Wednesday last week and asked for a tracking no so that I could at leaset find my package, they rep**** the next day with a tracking no but no Company name to search on. I have been trying since Thursday the 29th Nov to get some info from them but nothing, they dont even respond to my mails. Now the only way would be to blast them with social media until they deliver.
