Bought a Lenovo tablet. 1)A main application would not work with the camera placed on the side. Granted we didn't know that. 2) Some applications didn't operate smoothly, clearly a performance issue.

They insist on charging me a "handling fee" of 15 percent despite my appeal on the lacklustre performance.

This would never happen with other mainstream online platforms. Its not the money but the principal involved.

I will NEVER use loot again..very fitting name they have it seems...
