Loot refuses exchanges after they stated on their terms we are allowed exchanges

So i bought a washing machine, a year later its not working. I have requested an exchange three times, they keep sending technicians that keep saying there is nothing wrong with my machine. I am sitting here at this moment with a machine that doesnt work. I feel like they're delaying my warranty to end so they can't exchange my machine for me.
