Loot really Loots

Placed and order for textbooks 28 July 2018, which I needed urgently. I paid for the transaction using my Diners Club card. Nothing on their website stated that if you pay with a Diners card you need to complete an additional form which they email to you. Regardless, till date i havent seen such form. I called through to follow up on my order two weeks later and was only informed then that such a form existed. Spoke to a manager by the name of Zelda who informed me that if i do an eft, they will dispatch my order within in 2-3 days. Its been a week and nothing has arrived. No focus is placed on customer service and no attempt to provide customer with solutions to problems created by them. Contact with the call centre agents who have empathy. Called through this morning at around 8 and was told that managers are in a meeting. Called back at 11.30 still unavailable. Wont be using them anytime soon even if i have to pay more for my textbooks
