Loot + RAM = Disaster

I ordered textbooks for my daughter from Loots enticed by the University Vibes 10% discount. The order was expected to be delivered on 14 Feb 2025 but on 12 Feb 2025 I received an SMS from RAM that my order was out on delivery. I've been waiting since and today is 14 Feb. Loot and RAM make for the worst combination
