Loot puts customer satisfaction ahead of the profit motive

A few weeks ago I ordered two books from Loot. I ordered the second one so that the amount I spent would qualify for free delivery. Loot then emailed me to say that the second book would take longer to deliver than they expected but they would send the first one anyway - as a free delivery - which they did. Now, not that much later the second book has arrived, again as a separate free delivery! Loot, you folk are great! Thank you for putting customer satisfaction ahead of the profit motive.
