Loot poor service - avoid at all cost!

I placed my first Order with Loot for an access point. The delivery was to take place within 5 to 7 days. We are now at 12 days, and for the last 3 days the order is "being packed". The entire time before the item was "on Order". Having queried twice by phone and once by e-mail, I find that the person on the other end of the phone can't tell me anything else. There is also supposed to be no supervisor, and nothing can be expedited.

Loot is obviously not capable or willing to provide any meaningful customer service and is not concerned about not fulfilling their promise.

For me this was a one time try, and I much rather do my orders with Takealot who usually deliver sooner that promised.
