Loot please dnt **** us!!

I bought a Lenovo laptop from loot online and to my surprise the laptop's quality and performance was very poor, its the opposite of what is advertised on the manufacturers website. Its display is so poor and very faint than old laptops. I then requested to return the laptop and provided them with all the evidence to support my concerns. The laptop was collected and I was left hanging for over a month with no feedback and return progress update whatsoever, at that time I'm in serious need of a reliable laptop for my personal use. They recently came back to me saying the laptop was sent to the manufacturer and the manufacturer didn't pick up any faults on it and due that the laptop will not be repaired/replaced and that I need to cover the delivery costs for it to be returned back to me. I'm now forced to pay for and accept back a product that I'm very dissatisfied with. I need my money to be refunded in order for me to get a better performing and quality laptop. I paid money for this laptop and must be satisfied by it. This is really unacceptable.
