LOOT ORDERS TAKING VERY LONG

I ordered a cell phone from LOOT.co.za on 09/10/2020. At the time of the order, it showed that it is in stock. The payment was done successfully. When I called the Loot helpdesk last week to enquire whether all the items I ordered are in stock, they confirmed that it is and it will ship "soon". Today I called again to enquire when the items will be shipped, only to be informed that they are still waiting for the cell phone stock to arrive. I ordered the cell phone because I need it, now LOOT is playing games.
