Placed order ZGTV-276-B700 on 2 June. Still not delivered

Logged ticket #55***8 on 25th, Still no response (except the ticket number)

Contacted loot via Facebook messenger on 6 July, and got the response "your order is in the dispatch queue and should leave our warehouse asap. "

It still has not been shipped. and no communication as to what is happening, or why it isn't happening
