Loot on the point of Insolvency?

My experience is the same as everyone else - no delivery, can't cancel the order, no way to get a refund, in fact no response to anything at all (other than the inevitable machine generated reference number).

There are just so many reports of the same thing. It smells VERY like a company about to go into liquidation.
