Loot not delivering orders

Just like all the other complaints, I ordered from Loot on 22 Oct 2022 and one of the items were delivered, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE OTHER TWO !!!

I also phoned twice already, sent many many emails, and am not getting any feedback as to when I will received the rest of the order. Just that they move their warehouse to JHB as if that is problem. I dont care where the warehouse is, items should be delivered just like other online companies that deliver their items from JHB. I mean its not like the warehouse is situated in the North Pole, Seriously????
