Loot not delivering items - 10 days later still cant confirm ETA

I placed an order on the 27th October , paid priority delivery and was emailed an ETA of 28th October. I still haven't received my order and every time I follow up to enquire I am told they are having issues with the deliveries and my order is being prioritized. There is no communication from Loot at all, I constantly have to call and they always say the same story. This company does not care at all about client service. It was the first and last time I order from them. Very disappointed. The items were cheaper but the horrible service is not worth it. Best to pay more and get the stock from the likes of Takealot Order ID: KJZC-384-B150. Order status: Pending. Waiting for review.
