Loot no response no delivery.

Loot should learn from Takealot and other online companies. Estimated delivery is very long, no communication from them before or on the day they should have delivered, no response to emails, no c.o.d option. It's like a dead company. I expected my delivery today but no SMS to confirm, no reply to my emails and I had to make payment first so now I'm worried that this company wont deliver. I'm not used to dealing with a dead company. Takealot and lots of other companies are a pleasure to deal with. I will never buy from this company again.
