LOOT living up to their name

Was pleased with service when they started but the business has just continued to slip over the years. So BAD at the moment that they are like **** websites simply take there phones out of service instead of dealing the with the problems. They have been sitting on a return of mine since March and for 2 months now they are saying they are waiting for the supplier to answer them.
