HONESTLY THE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE. Where do I even start? Firstly. I ordered a watch over a month ago. I paid for express shipping. They told me it would take. 2-5 days to come, soon after they informed me that the order had been delayed to the end of August. Before the end of August they informed me that the order was cancelled because they're supplier was out of stock??? After this they gave me a voucher for the few thousands that I spent. Since the end of August I have been contacting them in order to get the money back into my account and not their voucher. For the past few weeks they have been claiming that they processed my payment however they were unable to provide proof of payment even tho they claimed that the payment was made. They take forever to reply to emails. Their call center is pathetic and in conclusion I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. I am not an unreasonable person- I understand the delay that covid might've caused but what's their excuse for not paying back money as well as lying about it? Do not order from this site. I would recommend Takealot instead. Their service is disgusting.
