Loot , Lenovo , Partserve ...Poor service accountability

Ordered a Lenovo i7 laptop on 24 Jan 2019 5:32:15 PM , recieved it a few days later, logged in set up laptop. Next day tried to log in , would not let me, comment "other user" . Sent back to Loot the next day , after a week was advised that the laptop was sent to partserve for repairs. I was then advised to pay R557.00 to have operating system reloaded. Paid this under protest but to date 19th February i still have no laptop!! Loot have not assisted in any way and have made it seem that i have damaged the laptop in i night .I am so dissapointed in Loot and have reservations of dealing with them in the future
