Loot just takes your money and choose what they what to give you, then drops the call if you call them about it
So I ordered on your site for the fist time in my life. 2 items. 1 Book and one Controller. Had to wait 1 Month for my item. So when I received it and I got only 1 item and its not even the book I ordered. NOT EVEN CLOSE! So I contacted them about it. Wasn't on line for long. The dude who answered explained that I have to fill in a form. I attempted to say that I do not have the items to return it and the line got "cut". NOW PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE ANYMORE!!! Nobody buys this so PLEASE stop doing this! ITS JUST LAZY. THE most unacceptable service I have ever received! I think they will keep dodging as long as they can in the hope that I will forget and drop it. But clearly they dont know me. So I logged 2 more calls and rep**** to the email they send me.
