LOOT JUST DOESN'T CARE

Absolute pathetic service! I used to be a loyal customer as my books were always received on time. However, I don't know what changed (management, lack of interest or what) but my emails get ignored, it takes forever to cancel and refund my money. NEVER AGAIN LOOT!
