Loot is useless

It's unfortunate that I even need to give a star. I ordered an item from LOOT. On receiving it, we unpacked the air fryer, and noticed straight away that the alignment was defective. We didn't even connect the fryer, as it was pointless. I arranged a return per the website, supported with photos of the clearly evident defect. I requested a refund (CPA) - yet, almost 3 weeks later, I'm still being ****** off with emails that say they are waiting on the supplier's response. I bought from Loot. They are my supplier. They are responsible for the item supp****. I am over R2000 out of pocket, with absolutely NO resolution on the horizon. Suggest that folk stay as far away from Loot as possible
