Loot is the worst ever in after sales service.

The worst customer services. Only communication is via email or facebook. Returned a faulty printer in May, still waiting for Loot to advise whether they will refund me or replace the printer. It was a new purchase which had a factory fault. In the meantime I had to buy another printer. I have always been a great Loot customer, but I will definitely not recommend them and neither will I ever buy anything from them again.! The worst ever service
