Loot is the worst

After 2weeks my item was still not shipped. I emailed and loot said it will ship that same day. One week later i phoned and was told it would be shipped the monday. Monday came and I called them 16:45 to give them the whole day to send my item. They never sent it and not even a sorry sir or anything like that. I will never buy or try to buy from them again. Loot is propably the lastcompany anyone should work with and it sure looks like they dont need the business. F.;:?,;:” idiots!!!!!!
