Loot is the name but LOOTING is the business

I have never had such bad service from any online company!!!! I ordered two book nearly three months ago and got regular updates that one book is on back order, fair enough... But I requested that the one book they had available be sent to me in the meantime, prompt and friendly answer.... BUT, that is where the good service stopped.

If I did not inquire I would not get an answer and even then also not always. Excuses are abundant: new couriers, was delivered but will escalate, etc. etc.

I even sent an email through to cancel my order in entirety but, again not even a squeak

I am now more than R700 poorer, no book to show and not getting ANY service, let alone BAD service.

Absolutely PATHETIC
