Always when I call ur call center your agents r so friendly and very helpful they never rude and I love how I always find wat I want on loot bt if you guys wanna boats up ur cumsotmers you guys should start selling sneakers and fashion items to and you guys should have longer office hours for you call center to and be open. 7 days a week keep up the good work I love shopping on loot
