Loot is the worst online store ever! I bought an item at the end of December 2018, a month later I still hadn't received it! Cancelled the order and asked to be refunded, didn't even receive a cancellation email - had to phone to confirm the order cancellation. 2 MONTHS LATER - STILL NO REFUND!!!! NO COMMUNICATION!!!
