Loot is good, brilliant & a pleasure to deal with

Wow, I cannot express my gratitude enough for [URL Removed] What an awesome online store & a real pleasure to deal with them. On Saturday I could not phone them as their office hours are only Mon - Fri, so I reverted to Facebook and asked them a question on their page. I received a reply within minutes. Today, when my parcel was delivered, I noticed a pricing error whereby they undercharged me and I notified them about this. They said that I dont have to worry about this and I can keep the item that I purchased as a token of their gratitude. This really means a lot to me and a perfect example for other online stores to follow. In the past, I have notified another online retailer about a pricing error, after the item was delivered, and they simply just sent their couriers to fetch the item from me which was very upsetting, but Loot, all I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW, well done guys. You have just made me make you my new favorite online store. Well done guys, keep up the fantastic work!
