Loot is failing this Christmas! Big Time!

Do not ever buy from this company. They have a bunch of idiots working in the customer service department. They take forever to reply on an email about a delay in my order and then tell me that I should have checked the expected delivery date on the payment confirmation email when it clearly stated that delivery should have been on the 15th of December 2020. Now I'm trying to get my money back before Christmas... I wish I could give them 0 stars!
