Clearly, the same complaints of orders placed, no delivery, no communication, no means of contact, other than through an automated reply, sends a very strong message that you do business with this company at your own peril. Regulators should shut companies like this down. They are taking people's money without knowing their supply chain and then hoping the customer will quietly walk away having fleeced their cash.
