Loot is a really loot online portal!

This is the second time I ordered from Loot and again Loot messes up the order. I don't know why I bother ordering from them. There was a 2 in one promotion and I received only one. The item was an air purifier and it didn't have the UV lamp inside yet it is suppose to be there. I paid priority shipping and who knows how long I will have to wait for it to be resolved. Called in and got told to log a query. Loot is utterly useless. I best stick to Takelot
