Loot - ing

Purchased a Weber Grill Thermometer from Bid or Buy / Loot in November. Asked at the beginning of December where my item was. I received an email to say that their Courier, Fedex had (apparently) tried to contact my wife twice to deliver the item with no success, and had returned the item to stock. Now I have to pay a further R125 to have the item which I have paid for, delivered. My wife has no record on her phone of any missed calls on the dates they stated they tried to contact her, and no messages. We did not make any delivery arrangements with the Courier either. In my book this amounts to ******ion. I will not buy through these people ever again. It amazes me that Takealot can get it right and deliver in a day or two, but they cant.
