Loot in trouble

I have had the same problem as others that have posted here. Placed an order. Did not arrive. Received an email that the order was delayed. 2 weeks later no further contact from them. I called and was told they could not give me a delivery date. Asked for a refund which to their credit they processed 3 days later. Whole issue took about a month.
