Loot horrible service

In years gone by, once a fine company - now awfully in-efficient and could pass off as a state company such as the Post Office. One can't even follow up because their answering service says they are inundated with problems. They say you can send an email but that doesn't work either. Who do they blame? Covid 19!!! I order from takealot.co.za Slightly more expensive but I am receiving my deliveries promptly.
