LOOT have worst customer service and ethics

Purchased items using my Discovery voucher and Discovery Miles - received notification from Discovery that this transaction was completed successfully. Loot however have payment as pending - have sent numerous emails and called and they say they awaiting their accounts department to confirm. Today a week later i receive email from Loot that my order has been cancelled. Discovery confirm voucher redeemed and Miles paid. Loot not acknowledging to shipping order LOOT ARE *******
