Loot goes above and beyond

So I placed 2 orders with Loot, one in November and one in December. And I got both of them this week. The call centre agents went out of their way to assist me with arranging delivery and also making sure that I got my parcels as soon as possible.

The products itself were good quality. The only issue that I had was that I ordered a medium jacket and got a small. But the jacket fits, so I'm not mad about it.

Overall, I'm very impressed and I'll definitely buy from them again.
