Loot- False advertising

Loot had advertised a special on the Siemens iQ300 Chimney Hood for R345 with a saving of 97% on the 05/07/2020, however 1 day after purchase and submission of payment we where advised that they had advertised incorrect data and were providing a refund. We did advise that we did not want a refund instead wanted the product which was advertised at the advertised price, only to then be advised that the product was no longer available from suppliers.

our attempts to contact them regarding their false advertising has been pushed away and ignored.

we would like higher management to review this request and revert asap, before this is taken to the Ombudsman and forwarded to media.
