Loot - False Advertising

I placed an order on Bid or Buy (as that is where they advertised) and I paid immediately. There was no mention of goods not being in stock and they offered a collection option. As this is an Essential Item - I expected to be able to go and collect the items, as it was purchased for Essential Workers. When I followed up on my order, the consultant apologized and told me that I could not collect, but that they would deliver it to my address and then she also told me, that they did not have the item in stock and it would be arriving on the 21st April and delivered 1 - 3 days thereafter. When I followed up again - I was told that collections could not happen, which I already covered with the consultant when I phoned and I told them that apparently they were going to deliver it. For days, Loot never responded. I then logged a query with BOB to ask them to follow-up. Loot are now claiming that they don't know when the item is going to be delivered, but they are still advertising as though they have stock. It is disgusting that Loot are treating Essential Services Workers with such disrespect. They need the protective gear, but this does not seem to concern them. Disgusting.
