Loot fails again

Pathetic service, no response to emails as to where my order is. I had a return of a faulty item too and it has been nearly a month and no one informs me of the progress, if they have made any! Why I order from them anymore I dont know but this is the last time now. Takealot always deliver as they say and returns are a breeze, never had any problems.
