Loot dragging their feet with refund.

I am currently furions with loot.co.za. I ordered twisp pods from them through bid or buy. Then I cancelled the order as I gave up vaping and no longer require them. Then they send me an excuse on the supplier be late. But this is not what I asked for. I wanted it cancelled. Then they did so but gave me store credit. I then sent them an email saying that I want a refund into my bank account and also provided my banking details. Only to log into my account after 5 business days to discover they did absolutely nothing regarding my refund. Then I called them only to be met with a recording to say that they will only respond to emails. I expect my money to be in my bank account before close of business today!!!!!!!!!!!!!
