Loot Don't Give a Hoot

Shocking service from Loot. My husband purchased a VAX Barcelona Pedralbes 16" Notebook Sleeve (Magenta) and received the product on the 2nd March 2018. The next day sent a return notification which he then had to repeat a few days later. He was told he would be charged R55 to collect and nobody has bothered to even send the courier. This is now the 13th March and he has sent email to to Looot telling them not to bother and the product will be given to SPCA who can sell it. Loot is really quite useless to deal with, unlike Take a Lot who are highly professional and we both use all the time. Service is totally lacking in any type of professionalism. Beware anyone who is thinking of purchasing from them.
