Loot doesn't honour their Black Friday promotions

Loot doesn't honour their Black Friday promotions. I bought the Settlers of Catan for R499 only to receive an email later on that they made a mistake and cancelled the order. If I didn't buy it from them then I could have bought it on sale at Takealot. They sent me a R75 voucher, but I don't feel like buying anything else from them if this is how they conduct business. I read some of the other reviews and this seem to be a recurring theme. Therefore, I would strongly advice all prospective buyers to rather opt for Takealot. In all my years as a Takealot customer I've never experienced this whereas this was my second order on Loot. I believe Loot had ample time to prepare for Black Friday and should have ensured the item prices are correct and that they have the items in stock before uploading it.
