LOOT DOES NOT HONOUR WARRANTIES

I purchased a SAMSUNG Smart Watch from Loot in Nov 2017. This watch was replaced in Jan 2018 because it died. The same thing happened with the replacement watch in December 2018. I sent it back to loot for replacement (under 1 year warranty) and now they want to discard the warranty because the original (already replaced) watch was purchased in Nov 2017. It is clear, this company does not have any integrity and does not know how to honour their warranties. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your shopping needs.
