LOOT do not honour their return policy

I ordered two EcoZoom Versa camping stoves from Loot.

1. Loot's communicated 3 day for delivery, but the items took weeks to arrive. One stove was intended to be a birthday gift for a family member which didn't pan out as planned 2. Both stoves arrived in unsealed EcoZoom packaging when they were eventually delivered. The loot packaging was sealed, but it was clear that the EcoZoom boxes had been opened before arriving at my door. One would not purchase an item in a store in pre-opened packaging and an online purchase should be no different. 3. It’s evident that one of the two stoves had been dropped as one of its two handles was bent out of shape. Also pieces of the stoves inner ceramic lining rattled about. 4. The advertised stove pictured differed from the delivered units. The cast iron cooking area on the advertised unit holds pots, pans and kettles with three ridged stand points located at the outermost ring of the stove. The three stand points located on the units delivered are rounded, not ridged and are located toward the centre as opposed to the outer ring. As a result, it is very difficult to stabilise a pot, pan or kettle onto of this cast iron platform.

I logged a return with LOOT on the same day as delivery. It's been more than a week since then and LOOT have not acknowledge my return request, and have ignored my many prompts for a response.

Lesson learnt; purchase from reputable services such as TakeAlot only. LOOT is a ****.
