Loot do not disclose when they out of stock

I placed an order and paid on the 29 January it has not been delivered, I got an email that it will be delivered around 19 February. now another email it will be delivered around 1 March. this is a school stationary my kid needs to use it. They did not disclose that they were out of stock, that is ******** people. I t was my first and last buying through them
