Loot credit not being paid out

I bought an item in Lockdown, paid for immediately however it was out of stock when able to be delivered. I was given a credit. I have since sent numerous e mails as I asked for the money to be refunded.. very many e mails later wth no response.. I still have not received my money. There is no contact number only e mail and I am finding this non response most frustrating!! What to do??
