Loot courier services are pathetic. Last Mile Couriers ZCWV-370-B020

I ordered a speaker system on 2nd of May 2022. It was all good till delivery time. I was unfortunately in a meeting so I could not take delivery of the item. I phoned the courier guy and he said he will be back in 45 minutes to deliver the parcel. He never came back. After 5 hours I phoned him again and he did not answer. My wife then phoned from her number and he answered. He then said no the parcel will be delivered the next day at 8 am. At 10 am on the 6th of May we tried phoning him and his phone was off. Contacted loot on every possible channel there is. Facebook, Email, Phone everytime we just got a sorry and we will come back to you within an hour. Until now no one from Loot has phoned me to explain what the problem is or an email which they said they would. I either want a refund or delivery as soon as possible. You can not track the parcel before time so you cant plan your day. The tracking came through 15 minutes before the parcel was delivered. The couriers name is Last Mile I cant even find them on google.
