LOOT couldn't care less about after sales

I ordered cartridges for my printer. One cartridge was incorrect. I sent multiple emails and RFC'd the item TWICE, two months later I have not received ONE reply or have the item been picked up. I'm being totally ignored and there is basically nothing you can do as their website allows no way to communicate with them other than all the emails I sent. I used to be a huge fan of LOOT, but this is my first problem and I have to resort to Hello Peter because LOOT couldn't care less. Hugely disappointed!!!!
