<p>i am very upset with the service that i got from Loot. purchased my books and was only told two weeks later that one item will be dispatched on the 16th of March, which is two days after my first test there i would need the books. Today on the 16th i get an email informing me that my books are not at the supplier and ther is a back log and i would have to wait 3-4 months. thats the whole year basiclly without my books. What i dont understand is why am i being made to oder books that loot is not even sure that they have. I could have ordered elsewhere and gotten my books. i am furious.</p>
