LOOT BAD SERVICE

I ordered a parcel from Loot on 15 Jul 2019 They promised to have it to me by the 31 July 19, then 5 Aug 19 , Then 6 Aug 19. By the 11 Aug 19 I cancelled the order and requested a refund LOOT who had the cheek to state that they cannot refund me till they get the parcel back from Dawn Wing. No one knows where this parcel is. I have never signed for it or received it. Dawn Wing keeps saying they tried delivering but no one is home. I WORK FROM HOME!! Its the 28th August 19 Today and still Loot insist they will not refund me till Dawn wing returns the parcel. I NEVER RECEIVED IT AT ALL!! So why must I be out of pocket because they cannot sort out their internal issues with their courier company. I have ordered 26 times from Takealot since then and they have delivered every single one. Not sure how Takealot delivered considering Dawn wing states that no one is home. When I ask to speak to a manager, the manager and supervisors are in a meeting. So Dawn Wing has the parcel SOMEWHERE, Loot has my money and I have nothing!!!! Ebrahim said he would call me back in half an hour on the 26 August 2019. I clearly don't understand what half an hour means because I am still waiting. Allona promised to call me back in 1.5 hours. She tried but I was on a call and she never tried again and has now been sick. I spoke to Pumi Yesterday who said that I have to wait until they get the parcel back. I asked to speak to the manager , Laura, but Laura was in a meeting. I left a message with Pumi to get Laura to call me back. Nothing!! I just called now and got hold of Pumi and guess what???? The manager, Laura is still in a meeting.(a day later) Really?? Now Pumi says she will go check returns and let me know if they can refund me. I NEVER RETURNED IT BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!!!.So they have been sitting with my money for 45 days and I have nothing and they don't have any respect for time or customer service. Maybe they need to take some lessons from Takealot. Is there anyone that can help me make them understand that they need to refund me now? If I returned the parcel then I would understand why I have to wait for my refund, but I never received it in the first place??? They have effectively ****** my money.
