LOOT (Bad service)

After purchasing a wall mounted fan, having to wait weeks for delivery, it only worked for a few hours (lights were on but fan was not turning or swinging). I contacted Loot and they collected the fan. I requested a refund as I immediately ordered another similar fan from another trusted online company (which was delivered within 2 days).

This was over a month ago, after various calls and emails I still don't have my refund 🤦🏻♀️🤬

The agent says they have to wait for the supplier to make the refund, not acceptable!!! This is poor service by Loot.

Other known online companies refund immediately and they also depend on suppliers.

I am disappointed and will never ever order from them again!!!
